The three leaf swept mixer has a wide range of applications and can mix various substances. During use, it will generate vortex effects:
1. The vortex effect of a three blade swept back agitator actually occurs when the fluid viscosity is low and the agitator speed is high, resulting from the vortex centrifugal force acting on the rotating liquid.
2. As the rotational speed of the three blade swept back agitator increases, the vortex can reach the position of the impeller, bringing in a large amount of air and significantly reducing the power consumption of the agitator. This is a phenomenon where the vortex causes the impeller to partially expose the liquid surface. When vortices exist, the axial circulation velocity is often lower than the radial circulation velocity, which affects the stirring effect.
3. Intense swirling liquids often cause waves of reciprocating impulses, combined with the effect of vortices, which will create a stored impact force on the shaft of the enamel mixer.
