1. The mobiles concrete mixer is installed on a flat and hard floor, lifted horizontally, and the tires must not be subjected to force.
2. The working device should be securely fastened and the steel wire rope should meet the usage standards.
3. The upper and lower limits of the hopper are sensitive and reliable, and the safety hooks and body lifting ears of the hopper are intact.
4. The protective cover of the transmission part is intact, and the operating handle has a safety device.
5. The area around the hopper pit should be elevated and compacted. The protective neutral wire is correctly connected.
6. Set one machine, one switch, one leakage box. The dashboard instruments and indicator signals are accurate and reliable.
7. Set up a rain shelter. The area around the machinery is clean and free of mud and water. The operating procedures are complete and there is a maintenance system in place.
