The stirring method of using four inclined blades to start the turbine agitator
1. The stirring methods of a mixer are divided into mechanical stirring and air flow stirring. Airflow stirring is the use of gas bubbles to pass through a liquid layer, creating a stirring effect on the liquid, or causing a dense group of bubbles to rise and promote convective circulation of the liquid through the so-called rising effect.
2. In industrial production, the stirring operation of most mixers is mechanical stirring, mainly using medium and low-pressure vertical steel container stirring equipment. But air flow stirring has no moving parts, so it is more convenient for stirring reaction liquids under high temperature and high pressure conditions when dealing with corrosive liquids.
